  1. W procesie realizacji zamówienia dane osobowe Klienta mogą być udostępniane podmiotom wspierającym nas w prowadzeniu sklepu (firmy kurierskie, dostawcy hostingu).
  2. W związku z obsługą płatności elektronicznych, dane osobowe Klienta mogą być przekazywane do mElements S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (ul. Prosta 18, 00-850 Warszawa), wpisanej do KRS pod numerem 0000590484, NIP 5223047892, w celu realizacji płatności.

IV. Prawa użytkownika

Użytkownik ma prawo do dostępu do swoich danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania oraz wniesienia skargi do Prezesa UODO.

Personal data is processed for the purpose of:

  1. Execution of the order and sales agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  2. Processing electronic payments (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  3. Fulfillment of legal obligations, including accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

III. Data Recipients (Paynow Clause)

  1. In the order fulfillment process, personal data may be shared with entities supporting us in running the store (courier companies, hosting providers).
  2. In connection with the processing of electronic payments, the Customer’s personal data may be transferred to mElements S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (Prosta 18, 00-850 Warsaw), entered into the KRS under number 0000590484, Tax ID (NIP) 5223047892, for the purpose of payment execution.

IV. User Rights

The user has the right to access their data, rectify it, delete it, limit processing, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of UODO).
